KONCHESKY LEAVES MANAGERIAL JOB
Former Premier League defender Paul Konchesky has ended his managerial career at BillericayTown. Assistant manager Paul Konchesky and his manager Jamie O'Hara have both left the National League club by mutual consent on the back of three games without a win. The decision to leave the club was taken at the start of this month.

For Paul Konchesky, he was also a player at the club before his appointment as the assistant manager to Jamie O'Hara in August 2020. Paul Konchesky enjoyed a good career in the Premier League playing for the London duo of West Ham United and Tottenham Hotspur. Paul Konchesky also played for Fulham and Liverpool during his time in the Premier League. He was an important member of the Fulham squad that stunned the footballing world by reaching the 2010 Europa League final before they were beaten by Atletico Madrid. Fulham were a properly coached team under the watch of Roy Hodgson.Fulham were powerless to stop Liverpool from poaching Hodgson and Paul Konchesky was more than happy to follow his manager to Anfield. Paul Konchesky lasted for some months as a Liverpool player. He left Fulham to sign for the Reds on the deadline day of the 2010 summer transfer market. His time at Liverpool yielded 18 games in all competitions.
