Paul Konchesky recently sat down with the official website of West Ham United to talk about his new role with the Hammers. With his base at Chadwell Heath, it is the duty ofKonchesky to ensure that the numerous West Ham United youngsters at various clubs in the English Football League, especially, are given valuable time on the pitch to aid their development. Paul Konchesky, 39, played with distinction for clubs like Liverpool, West Ham United and Fulhamduring his career. He was one of the finest left-backs when he was at his peak during his football career. Paul Konchesky spent some time in the West Ham United Academy and he has been placed in charge of the new set of players in the Hammers Academy.
A lot of West Ham United youngsters are out of the club on loan andKonchesky would be the man in charge of those on loan.
